I.How do I check the status of my order?
- There are three ways to track your order.
- A) Go to “User Center” ,click on “My Order” to find out tracking number and delivery information .
- B) Login to your T-DRONES Account to view your status.
- C) Contact Customer Service.

II.How do I change items in my order?
- You cannot change the items in your order. If you have already paid, please send an email to [email protected] to cancel the order for a refund. You can then place a new order.
III.How do I cancel my order?
- Sign into your T-DRONES account and click “My Orders”. Click the “refund order” button .
- You cannot cancel orders online once items have been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team online by sending an email to [email protected]
IV.When will I receive my refund or coupon credit after cancelling my order?
- If the order has been paid for: You will receive the refunded coupon and/or credit about 3 working days after contacting our Customer Service team at [email protected] and receiving confirmation.
- If the order has not been paid for: You will receive the refunded coupon and/or credit immediately after contacting our Customer Service team at [email protected] and receiving confirmation.
